Our consultation session is designed to give you a complete understanding of your body, your movement patterns and the most effective way forward. Across two hours, you’ll work closely with one of our FP Certified Human Biomechanics Specialists as we assess your posture, analyse your gait and explore your goals in detail. By the end, you’ll leave with clarity, direction and a personalised progress plan tailored to your needs.

Once you’ve completed the initial consultation, the next step is to set up a training plan with one of our practitioners. For best results we recommend 1-to-1 sessions every 1 to 2 weeks (minimum monthly). No membership required.
For those following a 1-to-1 plan with us, memberships are available to access the gym to be able to train on your own and / or attend our group classes for free. Visitors are able to purchase the ‘One Day Gym Pass’ but you have to be given approval by another Functional Patterns HBS Certified practitioner.
