Our Results

A showcase of some of the results from our practitioners with a wide variety of clients. Our practitioners regularly showcase helping clients improve posture and running mechanics, reducing pain, increasing athleticism and improving body composition.

Lower Back Pain & Digestive Improvements

Our practitioner Jamie’s client showing improvements to her propulsive power in gait. She came in with self-reported 7/10 lower back pain, 9/10 digestive pain and 5/10 period-related symptom severity. She has reduced her lower back pain to 1/10, digestive symptoms to 0/10 and period-related symptoms to 2/10, attributing these improvements to changing her posture and mechanics.

Helping Cerebral Palsy

Standing neutral and walking gains from Josh with our practitioner, Chris Farnworth. Josh reported improved physical and mental benefits from training Functional Patterns, including being able to walk quicker for longer, 

Watch Charlottes Journey to overcome Chronic Pain

Charlotte fractured her weight bearing sesamoid bone in her foot whilst running and after 2.5 years of rehab – before seeing our practitioner, Chris Farnworth – she still had 7/10 pain on her injured foot as well as 4/10 in her other foot, knees and back. It hurt to just stand and walk, and she was unable to run. However, after doing Functional Patterns, she was able to start seeing results and get back to running.

Improved Coordination, Balance and Elastic Recoil.

Arthurs mum was concerned with how her son moved compared to the other children his age. Results after just 20 sessions utilising functional patterns protocols. “Arthur has improved his running dramatically and has gained so much confidence we are over the moon with his progress”. -Jo (mum)

Mark Results

Weight Loss & Chronic Pain Reductions. (5 months)

Mark came in weighing 101kg and reported pains in lower back, feet and calves. Being on his feet or even short walks could flare up symptoms, so much so mark couldn’t work and rarely left the house. Fast forward 5 months, Mark now weighs 77kg losing 24kg. He also now has a full time job in a museum which involves him being on his feet all day, with zero flare ups or pains. Excited to see what the next 5 months bring.

Running Improvements

Increased hip stability, improved athleticism, better body composition. Megan was always tense and struggling with back pain. She reported feeling the fittest and strongest she ever felt training Functional Patterns with our practitioner, Chris Farnworth.

Eliminating Chronic Sciatica

Chronic sciatica pain reduced from a reported 8 out of 10 to 0 out of 10 with pro MMA fighter Christian Tebbett. Christian was a full-time athlete struggling to sleep and train. He is now pain free following Functional Patterns protocols.

Scoliosis Results

Scoliosis improvements with Jazz between Feb’24 & Feb’26. Changes in pains and mental health (scored by Jazz out of 10) below:

  • Headaches/Migraines: 9/10 (pretty much constant), now 1 (occasional headaches but no migraines)
  • Face Pain/Head Pressure: 9/10, now 4 (occasional flare up but not constant)
  • Neck/Shoulder/Trap Pain: 8/9, now 2
  • Lower Backache: 6, now 1
  •  Muscle/Body Aches, Poor Muscle Recovery, and Fatigue: 8/9, now 3/4 (still get a bit of fatigue but it’s getting better all the time)
  • Mental Health Challenges: 8/9, now 3 (things are improving all the time – confidence, self believe, belief in the ability of my body have all improved massively)
  • Bloating: 7/8, now 4 maybe (flare ups mostly influenced by food and stress)
