Bringing Functional Patterns training to Manchester! Offering 1-to-1 Functional Patterns training, group classes and a private gym space for members to train!
Our training is built on the foundation of Functional Patterns, a system designed around how the human body is meant to move. Instead of chasing quick fixes, we address the body as a whole to create lasting change.
We pride ourselves on getting results that matter: improving posture, building relevant strength, and helping you move and feel better in everyday life. Our approach is not about trends, it is about delivering measurable progress you can see and feel.

To bring balance, structure and stability to your body. We want to help you move and control your body like an athlete, build relevant strength and teach you how to exercise sustainably over the long term.
Through Functional Patterns training, we aim to level the playing field between the small portion of highly-skilled movers and the rest of the population, Functional Patterns has taken the complex task of codifying the human blueprint of movement and broken it down into small chunks of information that’s easy to digest.

By adopting the Functional Patterns methodology, we use precise training to help people improve movement quality, build relevant strength, and perform at their best, whether they’re living with chronic pain, scoliosis, or cerebral palsy, competing as athletes, or anything in between.
Don’t just take our word for it, we are a results-based practice and focus on showcasing the changes to our clients and members on a regular basis.
